In Rwanda, the Board of Directors (BDs) and the Secretary General are currently conducting their regular meetings, which started on June 25th and will continue until July 1st. Two individuals, Cecilia from Korea and Veronique from Belgium, have traveled a long distance to attend these meetings. Domitilla, acting as the host of the meeting, welcomed them upon their arrival.
The meetings are taking place at the Foyer AFI in Muhanga, where four AFIs (Alphonsine, Collette, Marie-Josee, and Therese) reside together. The venue itself is the Foyer AFI. The act of sharing meals and praying together adds a meaningful aspect to the meeting, fostering a sense of community and connection.
The primary focus of these meetings is to cover various agendas related to the management of the Association.

In Egypt, the International Formation Committee (IFC) is having their meeting from July 26th to July 2nd. The meeting is being held at the Holly Family House, which belongs to the Coptic Catholic church in Alexandria. Three members of the IFC named Gemma, Hilde, and Maher are attending the meeting. Additionally, Noella who will be working after Gemma attends. The arrival of these individuals to Egypt was welcomed by the members in Alexandria.
